Romeo & Juliet is a 2013 British movie version of William Shakespeare's romantic tragedy of the same name directed by Carlo Carlei. The movie opens in the United Kingdom and the United States on 11 October 2013.Like Franco Zeffirelli's version of Shakespeare's tragedy, the movie uses the conventional setting of recovery Verona. However, since the release of the movie's trailer, it has become clear, that the movie - unlike any of the Earlier major movie adaptations - will not use Shakespeare's traditional dialogue, and only follow the play's plot. This has led to argument, with some critics denouncing the movie's advertising as misleading, and losing the play's meaning.
